We are seeking someone who has excellent desktop support experience who is accustomed to supporting all levels of personnel including senior management. Someone who presents well and has excellent interpersonal skills is ideal. You should be a motivated individual that is self-directed, energetic and driven to meet the needs of the end user. Light networking and managing small projects is a plus, but not required. If you enjoy supporting users and solving IT problems, then you will thrive in this role.

Responsibilities:
Supporting, diagnosing, troubleshooting desktops, software and networking issues on PCs and related equipment
Windows Desktop Operating Systems
Enterprise Antivirus Software
Active Directory
MS Exchange / Office 365
Printer Administration
Windows Servers (a plus but not required)
Basic / light networking support, including switches and routers
Basic / light firewall administration
Basic Phone support
Other requirements:
Excellent people skills
Good follow-through, makes sure tasks get done
Very organized with an ability to prioritize their work
Willingness and ability to learn new skills and technical information
