Our client, a growing Brooklyn based Medical device and supply company is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to provide excellent, personalized customer service.  
 
The successful candidate should have excellent interpersonal, communication skills and a positive, energetic personality. You should enjoy working with people, keeping the customer happy and derive satisfaction from pleasing your customer base. A very pleasant phone manner is a must and an ability to learn the various products quickly is highly desirable.
 
A detail oriented focus is needed in order to take accurate orders as well as a tenacity to follow-up on orders and determine their status. Responsibility, discipline and organization are ESSENTIAL for this role.
 
Experience in the field of medical devices or healthcare is preferred, but not required.
